My name is Kristen Ellis, a professional photographer specializing in weddings, engagements & fine art portraiture.
Inspired by beauty and fine art, fueled by my passion for photography (and let’s be honest… caffeine), I’ve created an experience for people looking for more than digital pictures.
Photography is meant to be displayed on your walls and in albums, not hiding on a hard drive. I help showcase your memories & milestones, so you may pass them down to the next generation as family heirlooms.
Based in Lexington, KY and available worldwide, I would be honored to be a part of your wedding day.

As a wedding photographer in Lexington, I’ve photographed many beautiful venues, my favorites being historic homes. Weddings have always been the core of my business, and I fell in love with portraits along the way. I’m happy to not only offer wedding photography, but also modern fine art portraits. From engagement sessions to growing families, no matter what you are celebrating, I would be honored to photograph you.

I am a luxury wedding photographer for local and destinations weddings with keen attention to detail. My style is a mix of fine art, editorial, and cinematic. I mentor other wedding photographers on how to create stunning images for couples on their special day. My first wedding had a tornado, and I guess you could say I’ve been prepared ever since. It was a great learning experience!
